How far in advance should I inquire about desserts for my event?

Please submit your inquiry between 4-10 weeks from your event.

Since we only accept limited orders per month, its encouraged that you inquire early.

We also need all orders to be finalized 2 weeks prior to your event.

Failure to do so a Rush fee will be applied on last min orders!

I’m ready to book you for my event! Do you require a deposit?

Yay! We are so excited you want to work with us! To secure your order and date, a 50%

deposit will be required for all orders or full payment.

Are your desserts customizable?

Yes they are! Every cake and dessert we do is completely customized. We work with you through emails, consultations, and sketches to help create your vision for your dessert and make sure it’s exactly what you want. You can view some of our past work in our gallery here and take ideas from there, or start with your own ideas!

Do you make Gluten Free desserts ?

No, we're are not offering this at the moment. 

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we can ship sugar cookies and meringues. 

Do You Deliver?

Yes, we offer delivery

Can You set up my Dessert Table?

Yes, we offer dessert table set up along with cake stand rentals. We normally ask for 1-2 hour set up time. 

How much cake/desserts should I order for my guests?

Figuring out exactly how much cake/desserts you should order for your party can depend on a few things. In general, ordering servings for 65-75% of you guest count is appropriate since not everyone enjoys sweets ( really, some people skip dessert! ) . However, factors such as other dessert options, serving style, and event timeline may lead to either an increase or decrease in cake amount.

Whats your cancellation / No show policy?

Cakes/Dessert Orders: Once the 50% deposit is made, the deposit is non-refundable. If the event is cancelled, the deposit can be turned into a credit for another Sugar Crush custom cake/desserts in the next event following.

No Show: We will call you to try and arrange an alternate pick up date. If we cannot get a hold of you and your order remains unclaimed, your credit card may be charged.

We are aware that life is unpredictable, and in the case of an extenuating circumstance please call us and we will do our best to accommodate!

Is there a minimum order requirement?
